1. Open Teams
2. Click the "..." button for more options
3. Click Settings 
4. Click Devices
5. Scroll Down to Secondary Ringer dropdown 
6. Change to computer audio or Speakers
7. Close settings

New calls should come through the laptop speakers and the headset you are using.
