With Flash due to become end of life at the end of 2020, many web browsers are preemptively disabling Flash player in preparation for this date.

To manually enable it in Chrome, do the following:

On the website that requires Flash, click on the padlock or the 'i' symbol in the search bar:

Click 'Site settings'

From here, scroll down to the site's permissions, and change Flash to Allow.

After this has been changed, you will need to refresh the page that requires Flash which should now load correctly.
