Our recommended client is the Microsoft Remote Desktop client for Mac, this can be downloaded from the Apple App store for free.

Once downloaded and installed on your Mac you can launch the app and enter the settings to connect to your remote desktop server. If you are unsure of the settings please contact the SpiderGroup Support Desk.
